Publisher and scope
LIMIT SRL publishes the public calculators, guides and research interface. Company identity and contact information are on About. Public browsing and local tools are free and do not open an exchange account, hold funds or execute orders. A separately installed and activated API can provide agreed paid calculation access; it is not automatically available merely because its documentation is published.
Use the website for lawful research and education. A calculator applies a stated formula to its inputs; it does not investigate your financial circumstances or establish an advisory, brokerage or fiduciary relationship. A score, comparison or ranked result is not a personalised recommendation, an offer to buy an asset, or a promise of profit.
An execution-payload validator checks a local example against its stated format and constraints. Passing validation does not establish exchange acceptance, sufficient balances, market availability or safe execution. The public site does not transmit that payload or execute it.
Data, estimates and availability
Market information can be delayed, incomplete, incorrectly mapped or unavailable. Visible depth is not a guarantee of a fill. A displayed funding rate may change. Estimates can exclude costs or contract-specific rules even where other costs are included. Check the formula, assumptions, timestamps and original venue rules before using an output outside the website.
BTCMox does not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular response time, complete venue coverage or a particular investment result. We may correct a tool, change its data source, or withdraw it for maintenance, security, legal requirements or an upstream service change. These statements do not remove mandatory obligations that apply to the service.
Market views can load and refresh public feeds automatically. Pause affects the requests managed by the current tab; it does not provide a permanent stop across tabs or future visits. Browser alerts and session heatmaps require an active browser session and are not an always-running monitoring service. Order-book persistence and accumulation or distribution proxies do not confirm ownership, inventory, intent or execution.
Your use of the service
Do not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate the operator or use the service to commit unlawful acts. Automated access must respect published technical limits and must not impair availability for other users.
You are responsible for the data you voluntarily enter and the decisions you take on another platform. Do not give BTCMox an exchange password, private key or seed phrase. Public blockchain lookups do not prove an address belongs to a named person.
Content and third-party rights
You may use the public tools and retain your own inputs and generated calculations for lawful personal or internal business research. This permission does not grant ownership of BTCMox branding, explanatory content, design, or third-party datasets. Statutory quotation and other lawful exceptions remain available.
Exchange names and other trademarks identify their respective services; their appearance does not establish sponsorship or approval. A data provider's own terms may limit reuse or redistribution of its data. Do not assume a free endpoint means an unrestricted commercial redistribution licence. Source code distributed separately is subject to the licence, if any, supplied with that distribution.
External links and commercial disclosures
Links to documentation, markets and other services are provided for context. You enter any external transaction under the relevant provider's terms. Check its availability, eligibility requirements and regulatory status for your location.
Any future sponsored placement or affiliate relationship must be clearly identified near the relevant link or content. A technical comparison should not be represented as an independent recommendation if a commercial relationship affects it.
Liability and mandatory protections
The service is designed to support research, and LIMIT SRL does not guarantee that acting on an estimate will be profitable or avoid loss. Subject to applicable law, LIMIT SRL is not responsible for an independent exchange's performance, a transaction you place elsewhere, or losses caused solely by inaccurate inputs or a use outside the stated purpose of a tool.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. These terms do not create a blanket indemnity, a zero-liability promise or a waiver of access to a court. Liability otherwise follows applicable law.
Law, complaints and changes
Romanian law applies to these terms where a choice of law is legally effective. This does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection under the law that would otherwise apply, nor limit the competent courts available under applicable rules. No exclusive arbitration or foreign-court requirement is imposed here.
Send a problem or complaint to [email protected], identifying the BTCMox page and the issue. Please include only information needed to investigate. Changes to these terms will carry an updated date and apply prospectively; a new purpose requiring consent will not be authorised merely by changing this page. If a provision is unenforceable, applicable law determines its effect on the remaining terms.
Separately agreed API access
The optional API has no checkout, card collection or automated payment verification. Price, taxes, duration, plan, quota, supported endpoints, activation timing and applicable support/cancellation/refund terms must be agreed with the operator before payment. A key is issued or extended manually after the operator checks the agreed payment. Documentation, an example price or a command-line flag does not itself establish an active contract or verify payment.
Keep a key confidential and report suspected compromise. Do not bypass quotas, resell access or share it beyond the agreed authorised use. The service applies UTC calendar-month quotas and fixed-minute rate limits. Requests admitted to authenticated calculation/market routes count against quota even when the calculation or upstream request subsequently fails. The account route uses the minute allowance but not monthly quota. Consult the response headers and your agreement.
Calculation endpoints use your submitted assumptions. Market endpoints require an eligible plan and a provider enabled after its permitted use has been established. Your agreement cannot grant rights the operator does not hold in third-party datasets. Availability, endpoint coverage and data freshness remain subject to the stated service and provider limitations; no trading execution or guaranteed financial outcome is supplied.
Mandatory consumer, data-protection and other statutory rights remain available. No blanket no-refund term or automatic loss of a withdrawal right is created by receiving or using a key. Where a consumer contract is offered, the required pre-contract information, withdrawal arrangements and any request for early service performance must be handled lawfully before activation. These public pages do not replace the specific API order agreement.
