What ordinary browsing does
Reading the guides and using a local calculator does not require saving a user profile or contacting a market-data provider. Website files are delivered by the host, which necessarily receives ordinary connection information. The supplied public-site code does not contain analytics, advertising pixels or a third-party font loader.
What Save means
Saving a favourite, setup, preference or journal entry deliberately stores that item in this browser for later use. Browser storage is separate from cookies sent with a web request, but it is still storage on your device. It is not encrypted backup or cross-device synchronisation.
The website reads saved items when needed to display the feature you requested. The operator does not receive those local records from the saving action. On a shared or managed device, another person or software with access may be able to read them.
Clear or export local records
Use the available export action before deleting records you wish to retain. Clear BTCMox data removes the browser records belonging to this site; it cannot remove a backup you downloaded, a message already emailed, or records held by an external provider.
You can also use your browser's site-data settings to remove storage for btcmox.com. Browser settings differ, and clearing all site data may affect more than saved favourites. Repeat the operation on each browser or device where you saved records.
Control external data requests
Market views connect to their named public providers automatically when opened. The provider can receive your IP address, browser request metadata and public market identifier. A blockchain address or transaction identifier is sent only when you submit its lookup.
Use Pause to stop the current tab's public-feed refreshes and abort outstanding requests where possible. A request already received by a provider cannot be recalled. Pause is not an account-wide or cross-tab preference; other tabs, reloaded pages and future visits can connect separately. Local arithmetic pages work without public-market requests.
Closing a tool ends its active browser work. Session heatmap observations may stay visible while paused, with their original timestamps, and are discarded on page close or reload unless you independently downloaded an export. This website does not promise monitoring after your browser session ends.
Storage purpose and choice
Local persistence is limited to features you expressly request, such as retaining your own saved work. Advertising or analytics storage is not bundled into that action. If the service adds a different non-essential storage purpose, it needs a separate explanation and the applicable choice before that use begins.
For data held by LIMIT SRL rather than your device, use the contact and rights information in the Privacy notice. Do not send a complete trading journal to request deletion of an unrelated email enquiry.
Local CSV files and generated payloads
Selecting a file imports it into the browser for analysis; it is not uploaded to BTCMox. Imported analysis is not a backup. Close or reload the page to discard unsaved in-memory work, and separately remove downloaded reports if you no longer want them. A labelled save action, where supplied, explains its local persistence.
Public-market requests are separate from importing a CSV and do not transmit its contents. Market views may request public observations automatically; Pause controls that tab's requests. Generated webhook examples remain local unless you independently copy or send them somewhere else.
API keys and server-side records
The optional paid API is independent of browser storage. Clear local data cannot revoke its keys or erase its server records, and the browser Pause control does not stop your separate API client. Contact the operator for revocation, access-record questions or an applicable privacy request. API inputs are transmitted only when your client deliberately calls the API; do not paste its secret key into the public research tools.
