Select a chain before narrowing the exchanges
Enter a provider-supported chain name, then use the search and minimum 24-hour volume controls to refine the returned list. The exchange shares use all valid reporting rows in that chain response before these display filters. A failed or unsupported chain request is shown as unavailable data; the page does not fall back to a different network or a global ranking.
Distinguish a change in share from a change in volume
Suppose a hypothetical chain reports $100 million across valid DEX rows, of which one venue contributes $40 million. Its share is 40%. In another period the chain total could rise to $200 million while that venue contributes $60 million. The venue’s activity has increased, but its share has fallen to 30%. A share comparison should therefore retain the absolute dollar volumes and the reporting periods.
Check how much of the ecosystem is represented
The summed reporting rows and the provider’s aggregate can differ because of parent-child structures or other coverage choices. A venue missing from the response is not necessarily inactive. Also, traded volume is distinct from stablecoin circulation and locked balances: one asset can trade repeatedly during a day. Use the stablecoins-by-chain and chain TVL pages for those separate stock measures, then inspect token pool liquidity when evaluating a specific market. The receipt timestamp dates this response, not every trade included in it.
